Travel about 45 minutes by flight or 6 hours by road from Kota Kinabalu to Sandakan, followed by estimated 2 and a half hours overland to Sukau, then a 10 minutes boat ride from Lapit Jetty to the Proboscis Lodge Bukit Melapi (or Melapi Lodge for short).
