RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENTS

Upon confirmation of reservation either by fax, e-mail or telephone; the reservation will be held for you for 14 days during which you are required to send us a non-refundable and non-transferable deposit of 20% from the total cost of package including hotel accommodation and other tour booked for FIT and 20% for GIT.  (Please refer to a note below on definition of FIT and GIT).  Balance of the package payment has to be settled before commencement of package booked.  All payments are to be made in the form of Bank Draft, Money Remittance or direct Bank-in to the following bank account:

Upon making the said deposit, you are to fax the Bank-in slip to our office’s fax number: +6 088 240415 within the stipulated period, failing which your room/s shall be automatically released without any further referral to you.
